Meet Your Landscaper

Darrell Mahan is a Certified Landscape Professional in South Carolina and the owner of Mahan Lawn Care LLC. He proudly served the Spartanburg County community as a nationally registered paramedic for over 15 years before leaving Spartanburg EMS in 2021 to pursue his long-time passion for landscaping full time.

Landscaping has always been an important part of Darrell’s life. For more than 10 years, he assisted other landscaping professionals on his days off while working in emergency services. His strong work ethic and love for working outdoors ultimately led him to build his own business serving clients across South Carolina.

In addition to landscaping and property services, Darrell also has a deep connection to agriculture and brings extensive hands-on experience in multiple areas of the farming industry.

Darrell is a 2022 graduate of the South Carolina Certified Landscape Professional Program and a 2022 graduate of the South Carolina New and Beginning Farmer Program, both through the Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service.

In 2026, Mahan Lawn Care LLC expanded its services to include professional hauling and property cleanout services, allowing the company to better support homeowners, farms, and commercial properties with debris removal, cleanups, and full-service outdoor property care.

Mahan Lawn Care LLC is a family-centered business.

Darrell is proud to work alongside his sons, Aiden, who is currently serving overseas with the U.S. Army, and his youngest son, Ciaran, along with trusted family friends Demar Massey and Daniel Adams (Not Like Us Grass & More LLC)  who help deliver dependable service to the community every day.
